BOWLER RESPONSIBILITIES
• For all
awards which are not score awards (i.e. Clean Game/Series, Dutch 200, Splits,
etc.), the captain must mark the score sheet indicating the person and accomplishment
attained. Score sheet must be signed by both teams confirming the accomplishment.
• All score
sheets must be turned into the secretary at the end of the evening.
SECRETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• For all
awards the league secretary is to submit the attached sheet with all requested
information within 14 days of the award being bowled. Bowler of the month must
be submitted by
the 7th of the following month.
• The
information should be provided to Bill Brady at KBBrady@embarqmail.com. This
form may also be completed/submitted on-line at bftbowl.com under the “Award
Applications” section.
